ProActive Maintenance

Utilizing Thermal Imaging

Thermography is a technique of condition monitoring. It is one of the most proactive approaches to effective preventative maintenance.

Thermal imaging is a key part of our ProActive maintenance plan. We use thermal imaging to identify potential equipment failures before they become serious. This allows us to address any issues before they affect production. In doing so, we are able to help limit downtime and reduce risk.

Key benefits our customers are experiencing:

· Reduced Costs by Early detection of leaks and anomalies that can cause costly damage.

· Improved Safety by helping to prevent accidents and minimize risk to personnel.

· Increases Efficiency by identifying equipment that may be operating less than optimal

A regular inspection routine to scan systems associated with critical assets is key. The failure of these assets could pose a threat to people, property, and/or product. With routine scanning you will have a baseline of images for comparison. This will help determine if a hot spot is unusual and requires repair, as well as, verify that the repair is successful.
